SponsorAgent is operated by Polsia Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polsia Inc.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

SponsorAgent provides AI-powered sponsorship management tools for content creators, including:
Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Subscription Plans: We offer Free, Pro ($19/month), and Premium ($39/month) subscription tiers. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is processed through Polsia's payment infrastructure. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Channel Data: When you connect a channel (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick), you authorize us to access and analyze public content from that channel, including video titles, descriptions, transcripts, captions, and metadata.
AI Processing: We use AI models to analyze your content for brand mentions, themes, and sponsorship opportunities. This processing may involve third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic).
Content Creator Data: We do not sell or share your channel data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis providers) or as required by law.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your channel content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and analyze your content solely to provide the Service.
Our Content: All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Polsia Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.
Generated Pitches: Pitch drafts and recommendations generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. You may edit, customize, and use them as you see fit.
Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that brand matches, rate recommendations, or AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
Third-Party Platforms: Our ability to analyze content depends on third-party platform APIs (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). Changes to these APIs may affect Service functionality.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in sponsorship deals, increased revenue, or any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms us or other users.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
