2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:

- Password: Stored securely using bcrypt hashing
- Username/Display Name: For personalization
2.2 Channel Data
When you connect a content platform, we access and analyze:
- Channel URLs: YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick channel identifiers
- Video Metadata: Titles, descriptions, view counts, upload dates, engagement metrics
- Transcripts and Captions: For brand mention detection and content analysis
- Public Channel Stats: Subscriber counts, average views, engagement rates
We only access publicly available data from your channels. We do not access private videos, direct messages, or account credentials for these platforms.
2.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe through Polsia's infrastructure. We do not store your credit card details. We receive:
- Payment confirmation from Stripe
- Subscription status (active, cancelled, expired)
- Billing email (if different from account email)
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited
- Analytics Data: Feature usage, analysis frequency, time spent in the app
- Cookies: Session management, authentication, and analytics (see Section 8)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide the Service: Analyze your content, detect brand mentions, generate rate recommendations, create pitch drafts
- AI Analysis: Process your channel data using AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to identify sponsorship opportunities
- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs
- Communicate: Send service updates, feature announcements, and support responses
- Process Payments: Manage subscriptions and billing through Stripe
- Legal Compliance: Comply with laws, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Third-Party Services
We share limited data with trusted third parties to provide the Service:
4.1 AI Processing
- OpenAI: Content analysis and brand detection
- Anthropic (Claude): Pitch generation and natural language processing
These providers process your content data according to their privacy policies and do not use it for training models (enterprise agreements).
4.2 Payment Processing
- Stripe: Handles all payment transactions securely. Payments flow through Polsia's Stripe infrastructure. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4.3 Platform APIs
- YouTube API: Fetches public video data
- Twitch API: Fetches public stream and video data (coming soon)
- TikTok API: Fetches public video data (coming soon)
We comply with each platform's API Terms of Service and data usage policies.
4.4 Analytics
- Polsia Analytics: Internal usage tracking for performance and feature improvement
We do not use Google Analytics or sell your data to advertising networks.
5. Data Retention
Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active.
Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for 7 years).
Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized usage statistics indefinitely for product improvement.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

SponsorAgent is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately.

SponsorAgent is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and stored on servers in the U.S.
